I was thoroughly convinced Stephen Fry or Lenny Henry was gonna be the ongoing bad guy this season ...but just when you thought it was safe to go into the tardis , who should show up but The Master ....how he showed up after Missy got lasered by the pre cogenitor eludes me ...but still...great episode ...solid 8.5 tardisâ??s out of 10

a lot going on , new monsters, new gadgets, the master, the multiverse.
maybe too much going on, trying too hard to blow us out of the water and leave us breathless.

Well that was a bit amazing! Thought it was a bit too much action and not much story up until that plot twist cliff hanger! 4.5 stars!

Totally Brill! A fabulous beginning to the new series. I'm loving the writing and what a chilling new Master in a masterful performance. 10 out of 10.

There is no reason to believe this master is post Missy. He could be between Simms and Gomez or before the Utopia Master. Wibbly wobbly timey wimey and all that.
