that was alright , not the best one this year , but alright, rampant capitolism at its finest , funnily I thought Nardo was a cyborg or an android or something so him needing a space suit stumped me ...and the sonic got smashed and the Doc cant see ..why he just didnt regenrate a tad and fix this stumped me UNTIL Adam Richmond on Whovians prepositioned that the Doctor is still regenrating (a bit longer than Tennants 38 minutes hey) BUT it is a whole new set of regenrations he is dealing with , so WHO nows .....Missy in the teaser, so she aint in the vault , my new theory is that the actual Hybrid of Gallifrey....but what do I know

On last night’s Whovians with Rove, a young fellow from the audience called Dexter had the best Vault theory so far.

He thinks that The Master (John Simm) is in the Vault and Missy wants to bust him out.

The Master Plan (pun intended) is to kill the First Doctor, thus wiping the current Doctor and his predecessors from time.

Good theory in my opinion.   8)

Yes - I recall seeing that and it makes a lot of sense. And with the strong rumour of David Bradbury apparently reprising his role, it fits with all the plot snippets for the final espisodes swirling around.

And I also liked the fact that Rove thought that Dexter's theory was so good that he did not want him back because he would show up the rest of his panel! :)

p.s just picked up a copy of The Tenth Planet as I have a feeling that a brush up on 1's final episode might come in handy towards the end of this series...

Yes, I also think it is a good theory.  After all, the last time we saw Missy, she said she had a plan.  What a way of escaping her predicament with the Daleks - to promise them to kill the First Doctor.  Well done Dexter, if you're looking in on us.  8)

I didn't hate this episode at all. Unlike previous episodes I thought the idea was original enough. I don't think anyone could possibly have missed the anti-capitalist message. It was pushed so strongly it kinda insulted the audience's intelligence that we needed it spelt out. Like lightspeed I was hoping for a more time wimey last series for moffat, but hopefully we're building to that. I give Oxygen 3.5 stars.

I enjoyed Oxygen too SM. I couldn't help laughing at the zombies though, and I kept thinking of Shaun of the Dead.

I've got a horrible feeling the Doctor is going to stay blind until his regeneration.  :(

Next week looks interesting, I hope we are getting down to business from now on.

I think the divisions in opinion over the last two episodes demonstrate very clearly that each ABC Whovian looks for very different things in an episode of Doctor Who.

Indeed, I look for a program that keeps me interested for 40 minutes with new ideas, strange twists, good dialog and good acting.

Others may look for "Easter Eggs" or hidden clues or links to the past or future series.

I certainly didn't get what I wanted, I hope others got what they wanted.

Very true Tardis. It's definitely isn't the type of episode i like the most, but I was expecting that and actually found it not too bad

If this was the case missy would delete herself so it seems far fetched.

I think the vault contains River Song as the doctor has found a way to have her regenerate.

Clues:   1)  The Doctor has to personally gaurd the vault, maybe because as he released her he has to make sure she serves her term of imprisonment as no one else can.

2) The playing of romantic music linked to the vault.

3) Telling the occupant of the vault that they may be interested in people being uploaded

4) Rivers diary appearing

5) The fact that the Doctor spends time in the vault

Hi Tardis King! This website has been around since 2012- long before Rove's show was ever thought of. We have no connection with the ABC other than being fans of Doctor Who and the ABC in general

The final verdict for Knock Knock, based on about 4,000 votes on the DWTV website: 8/10, but there was a broad spread of scores:

Hi TardisKing, Rove's website and vault competition can be found at:  http://www.abc.net.au/tv/programs/whovians/.

But we hope you also stick around and continue to contribute to our site too.  As SM said, we've been around since 2012 and we are a friendly lot (most of the time!).  I liked your theory about River Song being in the vault, but I think your clues may be red herrings.  Oh well, we only have five more sleeps and we'll find out. Hope to hear from you again sometime.

So, from these pics, was Donald Trump the one locked away in the vault?  :|

But as she says, "Never say never!"  Let's hope she'll be back in a future series.

Her teasers in the article are REAL teasers!  8)

Mmm. The owner of that face does not immeadiately spring to mind - just one of the clerics, I think.

What worries me more is what Missy does in the final episode which she describes as truly awful...I hope not but have a premonition that Bill might go the same way as Osgood...but for real this time.
