Barnaby bites back  .............

Bill Shorten must be loving this!

The crisis inside the Federal Government has worsened, with Barnaby Joyce lashing out at Malcolm Turnbull.

An angry-sounding Mr Joyce has accused the PM of making things worse with comments he gave yesterday about the extramarital affair between Mr Joyce and his former staffer Vikki Campion.

http://www.abc.net.au/news/2018-02-16/barnaby-joyce-says-malcolm-turnbull-comments-hurtful/9443190

The word "toxic" seems appropriate when referring to the Joyce-Turnbull relationship now.

Maybe both of them need to take leave of their positions.

" Maybe both of them need to take leave of their positions."

Barnaby took leave of his senses!

The man's character is definitely in question.

Remember when he got a $40,000 "award" from Gina Reinhart ? He said he couldn't wait to spend it on his farm.

Someone actually had to tell him that you don't take gifts for doing your job.

He's got no idea of the standards required for public office and should quit now.

A very interesting development from the basic machine used earlier. Expensive to install but cost saving in the long term.

You've got to ask how this type of person is a parliamentarian.  I can honestly see why some may consider it an incitement to violence, even though it was meant as a joke.  There are unhinged people out there who would see that as a call to arms.  At the very least, it's extremely poor taste to the highest degree, considering the mass shootings that continue to occur in the US, and the murder of an environmental officer by a farmer in northern NSW a few years ago.

It's about time some action was taken against this person, he's done such things before.

At the least he should be deregistered as a gun owner and have his guns confiscated.

I'm sure that I've said it before:

George Christensen should move to the deep south of the USA and be with his own kind.

Unfortunately it's the young kids that are mostly getting killed. They have the most to lose if gun control is not adopted.

Is George Christensen trying draw attention away from his mate Barnaby?

Nah, that would require George to actuary think.

The lengths that people go to in an effort to find a parking spot in a city where there are too many cars and not enough parking spots.

Good to see that we give a few laughs to the Americans. WE've been laughing at them ever since Trump got in.

A new book is about to be released detailing business, political and religious individuals and institutions influenced and maybe controlled by China.

Former NSW Premier Bob Carr features, as well as universities and churches.

There is a debate as to whether it will actually see the light of day.

I remember this story appearing in the media late last year.  The Chinese Government was allegedly pressuring the Australian Government and Charles Sturt University to prevent the publication of the book.  I hope, in the interests of the freedom of academic research, that the book is published and it is judged openly as part of a public review process.
