There are signs of a government panicking over the possibility of an early election.

Watch Sco-Mo swet.  :/

I think the LNP's scare tactics are starting to wear thin in the electorate. I just don't bother listening to any Coalition politician now.

Their desperation is obvious and the "Kill Bill" tactic has fallen flat.

It's only a matter of time before the axe falls.

Sco-Mo is trying to scare the public, but very few people are falling fot it.

I'd be interested in other's views about this.

Crims are crims in my opinion, and anything that can put them behind bars is good.

Others may disagree though.

Did you see Ken Henry on 7:30 Report last night?

Sounds like he's consumed a generous helping of Humble Pie recently !

Who is running Our ABC? First Emma Alberici appears as a Foreign Correspondent, then Joe O'Brien is reporting from Townsville, and now Jane Hutcheon has disappeared from One plus One, replaced by Evelyn Hall. The. person responsible should stand up and be held to account.

I think you will find that Joe will be back on mornings after the flood. I think he has a special interest in the land and probably volunteered for the assignment.

Don't know about Jane Hutcheon, maybe she wanted a rest.

Good in principle, provided that it does not lead to a greater incentive to clear native vegetation to create more mulch for the biofuel.  The other potential problem is that ground litter (fallen branches, tree limbs, logs, leaves, etc) provide important habitat foir a whole lot of creatures, so you don't want to clear too much of the "waste".

Yes, agreed.

There should be strict requirements as to what can be used.

You are not wrong. A temporary problem has been going on for 3 days.

I don't know who to contact about it, and SM doesn't seem to be around.
