The tray of dougnuts seems to be held by a person crouching behind the buxom woman.

Interesting, but not the answer. I'll wait for a few more before I give the right answer (which I also didn't see).

She's not wearing a bra. Her bust is being supported by the tray. The two thumbs look different. Are there two people holding the tray, one offering and the other accepting---- in a tiled room? Kitchen or bathroom?

I saw it yesterday afternoon, but did not recognise it as a mouse.  I just thought it was an unusual topping or icing decoration on top of the doughnut.

I saw it yesterday afternoon, but did not recognise it as a mouse.  I just thought it was an unusual topping or icing decoration on top of the doughnut.

I suppose it could be a Titmouse, except it's not a bird.
