So if you don't understand Doctor Who now, you've got real problems. Loved Neil Gaiman's description of the various incarnations of The Doctor. For the slow learners, watch Best Of The Doctor, Part One: The Science Of Doctor Who. Next Sunday at 7:30pm on ABC2.

3-30am. Couldn't sleep so watched Dr Who Explained. Verrrrrrry good. Well I thought so. It was great to see the contributions of so many of the Dr's past. Hope they are going to "do" "The Master" at some stage. Looking forward to next week.

Did you see The Science Of Doctor Who ? Shame on you if you didn't (Its repeated on Tuesday, 29 Oct at 10:30pm on ABC2). You missed out on Scientists and Doctor Who fans discussing the possibility of things like Time Travel becoming Science Fact rather than Science Fiction. Very interesting stuff. Next Week its “The Women Of Doctor Who” don't miss it !

I watched it, but couldn't help but feel a little disappointed. The programme seemed to spend more time telling us what all the concepts in the show were about via some actors or comedians, and showing clips of the episode than actually talking about the science behind it all. Even then, nothing they said was news to me (I'm a very scientifically minded person, and read about this sort of stuff quite often). I would have liked it if they had gone into more depth with the science involved, but I understand that they needed to make it understandable and interesting for the average viewer.
