Some people refer to Paul McGann's Eight Doctor as the ?Forgotten Doctor?
In my opinion he's the "Wasted Doctor" and I'm not casting aspersions about his sobriety .
McGann's performance in "The Night of the Doctor" should convince any doubters.
When The Night of the Doctor was released, there was a lot of talk about a spin-off series or tele-movie featuring Paul McGann.
I've suggested a prequel mini-series or special about the start of the Time War and the events leading up the 8th Doctors final night.
Peter Jackson has been quoted (many times) that he'd like to direct / write a Dr Who episode, this would be an ideal project.
Plus it would rate it socks off ! Are you listening BBC ?
