How very interesting. There may be hope for gen Y yet if enough of them read this then do as he says. The obsession with iPads and iPhones is ridiculous, especially in public places. Anyone using a phone while being served in a shop should be ignored until they stop using it and pay attention to the matter in hand. I know one shopkeeper who does that, and I wish more would do the same. Such behaviour is rude and should not be condoned.
That's interesting, I didn't know that Gen-Y could do poetry.
